1444 Third Street Promenade - For Sale Mario's Restaurant has been listed for sale for $5,499,000.

United Colors of Benetton -  Leased the former Midnight Special Bookstore on the Third Street Promenade.  Midnight has yet to find a new location.  Asking rate for the 5,200 sf space was $40,000.

Rubin Postaer & Associates is relocating its 400 employees from the 4 different office buildings it occupies in downtown Santa Monica to the former MGM Plaza.  They are taking 110,000 sf of office space.
