Santa Monica. Proposed development project.
Draft EIR available. Proposed are 145 units. 228 sub parking. 29
studios 109 one bed 7 2 bed. Fifteen
of the one beds would be deed restricted for occupancy by very low
income. Project design calls for units built around 3 interior
courtyards. Nighties &
Naughties retail clothing store has leased 2804 Main Street, Santa
Monica. 1435 Ocean
Avenue. The restaurant know as Zenzero (which has been closed
forever) has been sold. 15,000 sf lot with 3,500 sf building.
Estimated price of over $6,000,000.00 (not confirmed). 4th
& Arizona. The new Circuit City store is under construction. They are
remodeling the former headquarters building for Santa Monica Bank. 5th & Santa
Monica. The site which was at one time to be a Target Store 5th
& Wilshire is now under construction for four apartment projects.
200 plus units. Third Street Promenade. Starbucks is opening a Starbucks Bar in the Hear Music space in the 1400 Block on the Third Street Promenade. 6th & Santa Monica - Former Pep Boys store has been leased to The Goodwill. 10,000 sf plus mezzanine. Third Street Promenade. Quicksilver Clothing Company has leased the space formerly occupied by the Remi Restaurant in the 1400 block.
